One process, delay or cost that prompted the call. We ask how it runs today, who touches it and how often, so the discussion stays on your business rather than on AI in general.
Whether AI is the right tool
Some problems are better solved with a setting in software you already pay for, a template or a change in who does what. If that is the case, you will hear it on the call.
Data, risk and governance
Where the information lives, who would need to approve outputs, and the privacy and record-keeping points that apply. For regulated work we flag what your board or compliance lead will ask.
A sensible next step
Usually one of three: a tool to trial yourselves, a small pilot with a measure attached, or a scoped piece of work. You leave with enough to make the decision without us.
Before the call
You do not need a brief or a slide deck. It helps to know which systems the process runs through (Xero, MYOB, a CRM, job management software or spreadsheets), roughly how many hours a week it takes and what a better result would look like. If you already have a quote or proposal from another provider, have it open and we can talk it through.

Is the consultation free?
Yes. There is no charge and no obligation, whatever the size of your business. If the conversation needs more than 30 minutes, we arrange a second call at no charge.
Who will I speak with?
A consultant from the Yes AI group, the Melbourne company behind AI Consulting. Your calendar invitation comes from the Yes AI team calendar and includes the video link.
Which times can I book?
Weekday start times from 9am to 6:30pm Melbourne time, at least two hours ahead, excluding Victorian public holidays. The picker shows each time in your own time zone, such as Brisbane (AEST) or Perth (AWST).
Who from our side should join?
The person who owns the problem, plus whoever signs off on spending or systems. In a small business that is often one person. In a larger one, an operations lead and someone from IT or finance works well.
Will you try to sell us an audit?
Only if it fits. The paid AI Opportunity Audit suits organisations of roughly 20 or more staff with several processes to assess. For one clear problem, the free call is usually enough to decide.
How do I change or cancel?
